Can't do any dragonborn missions

hi guys

when i arrived to solstheim, i went earth stone first and too many bugs happened

1. i can't complete glover malory because he is not speaking with me

2. can't find crescius caerellius so can't retrieve ancient pickaxe because of this can't complete "the final descent"

i've searching all day for any solution but nothing on internet about this, what should i do? Is there a any solution? or i must start new game?
