Welp sadly all pose mods use FNIS it's the only way to force the game to take said animations and not conflict with other animation mods. So it will never be a paste and forget thing. FNIS will always be there watching...waiting for its FNISforuser.exe to be clicked so it can make the behavior files that then will be encoded to the master behavior file and then shot into Skyrims knee and finally play those animations.

What's FNIS? I picked up dynamic poser (required another posing mod) and read FNIS but is it a nuisance? lol
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/? Nope FNIS put simply is the only program I know off that can force skyrim to handle multiple animations without any one of them conflicting with the other. It's a necessary evil (and when I say evil I say that very lightly seriously without this pose mods would be rare or non existent) actually bare bones FNIS is a hack that overwrites skyrim's animation. It's because Skyrim uses "Havok Behavior". To put it simply with this program you get more fluid and realistic animations compared to oblivion's sometimes wonky ones. Sadly it came at a price. A real price tag a simple modder who only mods as a hobby can't afford or willing to spend unless you know they're rich or really want to mod animations for skyrim. So yah Hacks had to be made, and converters from hkx to kf and vice versa built in order to get more animations mods into the game without paying for a licence.

I'm pretty sure I missed a lot of things but that's the simple gist of it.

Oh I see, that's a shame really.. I did prefer how easy it was to just download poses for Oblivion. I might skip this though as FNIS sounds kinda dodgy to me, not too keen on things like that heh
WEll it's actually safe to use. The only hick-up would be if you installed the mod very late into your game which may or may not cause CTD depending on the animation mod. THe safest way is to alway instal such animations before starting a new game to be safe. It's simple to test out really if you are late in your game just back up your saves install the mod and if you crash then just uninstall the mod paste back your back up saves and carry on.

Yah it's a hassle.
so if i am correct: after installing this (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11811/?) i can add each poser mod i want????
I can use the poses from Amazing Follower Tweaks without having FNIS installed...
AFT "Amazing Foller Tweaks" has a pose mode.

Yes any animation that requires FNIS it's necessary to activate FNIS every installation and uninstall.

Heh and I guess I stand corrected. Forgot about the BSA file extensions my bad.

And I strangely forgot I use this mod as well to trigger the animations I made in the past =='

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10431/

This also has animations from sweeping floors, clapping, to even all the kill cams. And other effects and does not need FNIS to be installed whatsoever.

Also Puppeteer master for your other machinima needs.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/10870/?

Again no FNIS needed.
i added the FNIS and http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50998/? but what ever i do nothing happens -.-
Oh lol my mod actually needs another mod to work called Pinup poser. http://mod.dysintropi.me/pinup-poser-s1-15/ The insturctions on how to install and use are inside the file. Now remember depending on what mods you installed and the rig of your computer it can either be smooth sailing or ctd hell unless you make a new game but if it's not then back up your save files so you can put them back clean if it doesnt work out.

Now if you CTD but still want to use the mods then there is a way.

I know what I say might not make sense but bear with me.

The first way is to type "coc qusmoke" in the console at the main menu. This will take you to the test room from there load your latest save and chances are you can load it ctd free.

The second way is to load a save that is indoors there's a 50% chance a save indoors will not cause a ctd and loud to your latest save from there.

Now why does it cause ctd you ask. The real gist of it is because Skyrim handles memory like a true blue console port.

can anyone help me? I have been playing syrim on the ps3 , I heard about all the goodmods for pc. i looked at them and liked them so i bought skrim for my pc. i have injoyed the mods except i have one problem when i put amour on it looks like a dirty diaper , when i take armour off the moded character which is male , looks normal i do not know which mod i am using i have had to use several, to get the character to look normal, i purchased syrim on a disk which did not have it on it. it had to download from steam. i do not know if this makes a difference but it does make it harder to install. but i digress my question is how can i make invisible my armour?so that the loin cloth does not appear when i put on armour. i do not want the armour to appear i want it invisible also ,
