You can be a werewolf again you will just need to cure the vampire curse afterward though

I haven´t done it myself, but Aela the Huntress can turn you back to werewolf, but only one time.

Of course you can take Dawnguard route and tell Harkon where he can shove his vampire lordness and go back to Dawnguard fort.

Then you can have werewolf vs. vampire fights.
I don't want to be either of those, but I do like to do the opposing quest at times.

I hate bloodsuckers and wolfs so I never choose to become one.

Werewolves are.. "Run in and kill everything" whereas, Vampires I would see as a more stealthly choice.

If you didn't do the Companions quests, you can turn into a werewolf there, and if you did then Aela can do it for you. Also I think becoming a werewolf will cure your vampirism, just like vampirism cures lycantrophy ( the vampire lord does anyway) So yeah you still have a shot at it. Also consider, even if you refuse Harkon you can still become a vampire lord later, through Seranas help. One disadvantage to it though, with a bit of a spoiler:
If you help Harkon from the very start, you can eventually make sun not affect you, wheras if you become a vampire only later after refusing him, you will forever have to fear it. Not a huge drawback but well if you plan to be a vampire might be more badass to side with him and do it.
