Arrow in mah Head

Whenever I come in-game, My character has an arrow in his head, it dissapears if i go in Fp and then back to Third, but then comes back a little later.

It must be one of those cancerous growing arrows.

When you nock an arrow the sharp end should point outward.away from you toward the target.

Game has only certain amount of arrows sticking out of objects at a given time, it´s not many around 10 or something.

You could try to fire your own arrows at a corpse until hopefully one in your head disappears and if everything goes to the plan it stays away.
