Ok so I found the tcl cod and used it to get thougth the rubble, everything looked right, up until I got to the room where the caller was, well I didn't exactly get to the room, since it wasn't there. Dose anyone know of a patches for the PC that might fix this problem?

There probably aren't any. Most likely, by clipping through the andscape, you failed to activate a script-triggered event.

Fellglow Keep's upper area is blocked off unless you're running a quest for the College of Winterhold's librarian.

The caller is in a separate cell, which is why tcl won't get you there. I hope you followed my advice and SAVED your game first.

I am doing the quest for The Winterhold's librarian. I did, the thing is useing the tcl is the only was I was able to get in. I can only hope that I missed something or did something wrong, still I only found myself starring off into space and seeing nothing.

Using tcl can sometimes screw up your game, especially if you need to complete key scripts.

tcl will toggle clipping, it will NOT get you into other cells.

I used tcl to get thought the wall and turned it off. I hope something here helps, since I want to play thought the quest line.

I did, I also looked at some things on line, its seems that what I have come across is a bug. A bug that removes not only the room that The Caller is in, but also the Caller herself. I am not sure how to report this bug, so if someone who knows who ot do think kind of thing, would please do that for me.
Basicaly you use the tcl to go thougth the rubble, then turn off the tcl right away, everything looks nomral after that, then you go up the stares to where the Caller's room is supposed to be and your staring off into gold space.

If you are unable to go back to an earlier save before the quest started, then I think your only option left is to use the console to complete the quest, then move on.
