Markarth caused frame drops.

Hey.

Before i ask my question i have to say i just brought this game and i freaking love it!

Anyways so i had a quest to go to Markarth and when i arrived i just a sudden frame drop to about 30fps it seems to when i look at the waterfall they have in the town, when i look away from it i shoot straigh back up to a solid 60fps.

I own a MSI Geforce 760 GTX 2gb.

any water graphic boosting mods? and have you tryed turning down water reflection?

The game is mod free, i haven't turned down the water quality i believe it's on high.
