Help please Stuck in Fp

I am hoping that there is a simple solution to my problem. I was doing the theives guild quest speaking with silence when after i got shot and it forced me into first person it so happens that now after waking up after the seen i can not revert back to third person (also i have no hands when drawing weapons). I have tried to use the toggle pov and mouse wheel both have not worked. I am running some mods for armor weapons and followers but none that affect pov. please help any info is apperciated
