Looking for similar games

Not as to Skyrim in general but hearthfire and the many mods which add base-building.
I like the Suikoden games. But yea any old or new games that have some rpg element with some form of base-building. Customizable characters and extensive base or city building would be great.
Also played Fables and Dark Cloud's, Breath of Fires and many others. But if you can think of anything post it.
