Looks exaggerated and overly vivid (not that that's a bad thing, depends on your preferences) like in your screenshots above.
I used to use that ENB a lot, maybe that's it.

But the colours are fairly regular so dunno if that helps or not. :D
Only ENB I recall using which was coloured that kind of way was Nordic Winters, I think.
Wasn't sharpshooter's, but I'll use it anyway until we find what it was since climates of tamriel gives me a weird crashing issue.
