Check C:drive data and compare active mods list to that and check if mods have been removed from mod source.
DO NOT remove mods that are showing it has fail in game data, they are OK, game is trying to load a mod that has been moved, altered or have a bad file.
If you find a mod not in your game list remove it, as for mod being altered or can not be found where you downloaded it from, remove it.

NICE TRY, BUT YOU OFFER NO EXPLANATION OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS.
Sorry for caps. !!
I have one mod error 9 one mod error 15, but you claim there are two lists to compare?
How?
Where are these lists?
How can you figure out which mod is doing it?
I have over 100!
It all worked great until I reinstalled and re-DL'd and now it just won't run.
I've got

It would be extremely helpful if you could be very specific about how to proceed.

Thanks in advance for any assistance, as BETHESDA ABSOLUTELY REFUSES TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS AT ALL ABOUT MODS! DAMN THAT! I own every game in the series since ARENA, and for them to drop the ball infuriates me - they won't even give a polite response, it's the equivalent of "go away or we will taunt you a second time."

You jumped in to over a year old post for that?

This post is not about Error 9. Kelvy's advice for Error 15 is solid. You can see your Workshop mod list form...
*Drums*
..Workshop!

The list is right below your avatar there.

Bethesda is not responsible for third party content. They do not make mods, manage mods or know what the heck peoples have done to make their mods to run. They are simply not responsible for them and they have absolutely no obligation to even try answering to any questions abou tthem.

Simply put: they don't know anything about them.

If you have persistent problem, then make a new post about it. There is no reason to necropost year old threads - especially in this manner.
