Many merchants won't sell to me.

Fallion, Jurgen, Beriand. When I talk to them they don't offer the option "what do you have for sale" I've tried reloading older saves, and had no luck.

Anybody got a clue about this one?

They only offer the sell option at certain hours of the day... like the load screen tip suggests, it's usually between 9-5ish day times... the white phial seems to only open at 10am... (careful with going in there earlier, as when I did, it made a permanent tresspass bug for me, and didn't allow any dialogue until I let myself get caught pickpocketing them until they went hostile, and then me wielding then sheathing my weapons and paying the fine).

@Ugly, at least you can pay your fines and all is well. Been playin gover several hundred hours, serveral charaters and pay my fines but never am cleared of them. i used to pay them over and over just to get the gaurds off my back. I guess that is a bug that has never gone away for me. i didn't even know it was a bug, lol.
