Need help with addons!

Hey guys I wanna download some addons that make the skyrim world active with npc's like bandits guards, etc. Also is their any addons that up the diffculty for them as well? Thanks in advance for the help =)

You can also suggest addons from the workshop that make the game so much more better and interesting!

theres populated roads but its too op and theres a few too many npc that can stack up and effectively clear out a lot of random enemy you would otherwise encounter.

it is good and does make the game world seem actually lived in but yea, i uninstalled it in the end
