Dawngaurd: New Allegences bug?

I'm stuck on Dawngaurd's quest named "New Allegences". In the quest I'm supposed to use Vampire Suduction on a lady named Haron, and then feed on her. The problem is, that after I use Vampire sudduction, and try to feed on her (according to the walkthrough, I'm supposed to crouch), however, rather than having the menu asking weather to pickpocket, or to feed, I'm just immediately brought to Haron's inventory. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a genuine glitch? I couldn't find anything on the first half of the first page of Google, so I'm stumped.

I have the same bug... =[ I tried waiting till she slept too, but she stook up once I cast Vamp Seduction. No luck.

I'm pretty sure that vampires can only feed on targets who are sleeping... I've never played that side of Dawnguard so I'm not sure. If it really is a glitch there's surely a command you can put in to skip the quest and continue the quest line.

Nope. I'm pretty sure the only way to turn someone alternatively to the vampire seduction option, would be to kill them, and use a certain ability that raises them from the dead and basically makes them your vampire slave. Unfortunately, killing her would make me fail the quest.

Vampire Seduction is meant to allow you to feed off an awake person, I think you have to sneak up behind them, but if you've already tried that, I'm not sure what to suggest. Can you try an earlier save? I did this recently and actually turned them in the middle of their pub, so it should work...

I've had this quest too long. I would probably have to revert to near the beginning of the game.
