Go to Farrangar in Whiterun dragonsreach and buy the muffle spell from him and some Robes of illusion (Expert or Master level is best). Then keep muffling away, you can walk around and muffle muffle muffle and you can reach 100 in no time. When it reaches 100, make it legendary and start again muffling.

Smithing is also a good way, buy lots of gold or silver ingots and make jewellry. Also Alchemy, when you're out gather lots of blue flowers and blue butterfly wings and they make a potion that sells for a lot of coin and also levels up your Alchemy fast.

Enchanting - buy lots of filled soul gems from Farrangar, make lots of iron daggers and keep enchanting them. Sells for a bit too.

Light Armour, Heavy Armour, Block and Restoration - A Good way to level up fast with those is to stand next to a Mudcrab and let him keep hitting you whilst using healing magic to keep your health up.

The hardest ones to level up are One-Handed, Tow Handed, Archery and Destruction - you just have to be patiest with those and get into lots of fights.

Most of those you can stay in or around Whiterun to do, use your home as a base to stock all you items. Take hours and hours but its not cheating.

Edit - also theres a Standing Stone near Markarth that levels up all you skills either 15% or 20% faster.

Make use of skill trainers, especially for higher level, harder to level skills.

Completing Lost To The Ages and picking the crown (allows two standing stone powers) can help you level up fast, as can completing the black book that gives 2 levels per skill book read. Both of these require DLC, and can be very challenging at lower levels. They will help you level up, though.

During Unbound, first room in the keep where he cut your wrist-lock, sneak and attack before unlocking the gate with key. fast training of onehanded and sneak at same time.
crafting iron daggers up to lvl 40-50'ish smithing.
spamcasting Muffle spell.
spamcasting soultrap on a corpse.
absorb health or banish on your iron daggers (banish won't appear until 30+ at vendors).
Downside to all of this is, that your combat and armor skills will fall way behind. Not easy to take down a lvl 50 dragon with flame spell and your ebony armor give just about same protection as fur armor....

Download a blacksmithing supplies mod and level your blacksmithing as soon as you get to whiterun. Blacksmithing as a perk tree is almost too good to not take, you can increase the quality of your gear by more than double eventually, with blacksmithing bonus gear and potions it can get pretty crazy.

Be aware though, leveling up from a crafting skill means your combat skills will still be a few levels behind, you may struggle if the difficulty is up too high, dragons will 1 shot you, Giants will hit you so hard that you will fly 400ft into the sky!

I go to bleakcoast cave, with light armour and heavy armour, I can use the far cave with one frost troll & the Khajit body for the early levels and move to the centre cave with the hanging skeleton. I use magic for healing to increase restoration and also illusion spells for faster leveling. When smithing I focus on Leather armour as it uses the least materials for the cost and when my alchemy and enchanting are high I can do armour improving on the armour I have made for one leather doubling the price of the pieces. Training in skills I do not use keeps training costs low but give me the increase towards levels to get the perks for the skills (like Smithing and Alchemy) which I do use. In addition the sales of improved armour and multi-effect potions using easily found ingredients improve my speech. collect all the ingredients you can, go to arcadias shop in whiterun and when you have trained with her you can create potions to sell back to regain your training costs which in turn improves your speech. At higher levels using Transmute to create gold from iron ore then smithing jewelry will increase your levels without the need for smithing perks. I hope this helps :)

Go look up your skills on the UESP. Each skill page describes ways to level up the skill. Yes you can level Illusion very fast with Muffle... but that doesn't help you if you're a warrior who doesn't care about Illusion. You only end up overleveling.
