No, just update.

I don`t use any mod, yes I`m sure it is the game update.

When is the last time you played Skyrim? reason I ask is cause about 4-5 months ago many people who didn't have Dawngaurd got it automatically downloaded for some reason so if you haven't been on since then that may be what it is!

I bought Skyrim Legendary Edition in Holiday Sale and I`m playing constantly. Its weird if these DLCs downloading now.

The only other thing I can think of is if you have downloaded the Free Texture pack and then uninstalled it it will automatically re-install it and I know that is a pretty large download other then that I couldn't tell you what it is as Skyrim from what i have heard is not being updated anymore, unless bethesda finds something that needs to be fixed.

I didn`t downloaded the free texture pack too :D Its really weird, Doesn`t matter I think its a special update for me.
