(Creation Kit)How do you give/take an item to/from a NPC using Quest Dialogue?

I'm making a mod, and I was wondering how do I give 10000gold to an NPC, in return for a key (The NPC gives to the player), using quest dialogue and aliases in the Creation Kit?
