FPS Problems
I'm running Windows 8.1 on an HP Pavilion and my game is smooth whenever I'm outside, in a city, or in a shop or house, but the moment i enter a fort or a cave, the movement of my cursor starts to get jerky and jagged. Any quick fixes?

without any details about your computer, I would assume that

> HP Pavilion

is your problem.

Not always a good idea to run an OS that is worth 4X what the puter is worth. HP made great enterprise servers, switches etc. but their consumer grade systems like the Pavilion, Presario etc., not so much. I'd be happy if it just loaded Skyrim.
