I open skyrim , it crashes after the bethesda thing shows up (the game crashes). What is going on? I need help.

Are you running mods? Of course you're running mods. Mod conflict is why you're crashing at the logo.

*weary sigh* Download and run BOSS (Better Oblivion Sorting Software) you can get it from the Nexus are google it - I think there's a website specific to it. It will sort out the vast majority of your load order problems.

While you're at it, go ahead and install SKSE v1.7. It will eliminate the major cause of CTD's. You'll have to start it fromthe SKSEloader.exe (not the normal Skyrim.exe) but once the game's running you'll have access to the Steam overlay.
