I've had the game for ages, but it now says i have to purchase it!?
Okay. I have had skyrim for about a year now and have enjoyed playing it until now. I went on steam as usual and instead of the "play" button it says "purchase". why did this happen? I am SOOOO ANNOYED!!!! can anyone help me with this plz? :)

Contact Steam Support, give them the information about your purchase (who you purchased from and when), and if they ask for a receipt, make sure you can provide one.

That is scary that they do not keep better records. And that something like your problem could happen.

If Steam inadvertently cancelled your authentication I hope they give you a coupon or something for your hassle.

Yikes, that shaves what about 1 day off snail mail. If it is their error I now hope they give you your pick of a DLC.

dude this wont work ( steam isnt stupid ivbeen with steam for 8-9 years) got over 2000$ worth of game and this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ never happend ... So yeah buddy youll wait more then a week a two, how about wen you actually buy the game?
