Yes, but will it be in the Workshop?

I also just saw the Skyoblivion mod.....

Will they be interconnected? Will I be able to walk/ride from Skyrim to Morrowind to Cyrodiil???

I would imagine it will be much too big for the Workshop, it's an immense project from what I've seen.
most likelly, it will be on nexusmods

1. No it won't be on the Workshop - its too large of a mod for that.
2. & 3. No you won't be able to ride between the provinces like you can ride between the holds. They are in completely seperate worldspaces. Skywind has a mod that puts a marker to allow fast travel between Morrowind and Skyrim (vanilla, unmodded, no DLC).

Keep in mind that Morrowind takes place 200 years before Skyrim (they're not just importing the land but the whole set of quests and whatnot from the original Morrowind game).

There is *another* project that is working to put *all* of Tamriel into the Skyrim engine (all in the 'present day' of Skyrim).

All of Tamriel?

That would take 2 years to make.

The unofficial patch is too big for Steam. As such, it should be no surprise that Skywind is too big as well.

To give you an idea - Workshop has a 100Mb limit.

The last version of Skywind I was able to get is 3.36 Gb *compressed* in a .zip file.

You still need Skyrim - a good chunk of the assets and the game engine itself are coming from that.
