Jyggalag vs Hermaeus Mora?
Hermaeus Mora is the Daedric Prince of knowledge, yet Jyggalag has apparently studied every detail of existence and is able to predict the future.

There is nothing in the lore that states this at all. In fact, all we know about Jyggalag fills about a single sentence: His sphere is order, he was cursed as Sheogorath but now he's not anymore so he went away to do something else. Basically, he's the McGuffin of the Shivering Isles and now we don't hear about him anymore.

Actually, the guy Dyus in Shivering Isles does claim that Jyggalag had a library of all possible knowledge. Whether he is correct, or merely another madman in the Isles, is up to interpretation.

Yes, that is Dyus. Note the phrasology of Dyus. The knowledge is in the library of Jyggalag, and by extension Dyus himself. It is not something inate to Jyggalag himself, evidenced by the fact that the knowledge is unavailable to him after the library was sealed away and most of it lost. What little remains is the domain of his librarian.

This is the inverse of Hermaeus Mora, the realm of whom is the extension of his inante knowledge. Therefore, Jyggalag does not have the ability to scry fates as Hermaeus Mora is able to.
