Skyrim Not Loading

Okay so back to this annoying thing that pops up on my Skyrim loading screen saying "Skyrim is not responding..." then it exits out. I have tried all of the things that I was recently suggested. Tried varifying the game, reinstalled it several times, everything. I really want you guys to help me please because I love playing Skyrim so much and all I have to play other then Skyrim is Garry's Mod and TF2 which arent nearly as fun as Elder Scrolls games are to me. Please help me fix this guys.

Instead of "everything" could you take the time to be more specific otherwise people would be wasting THEIR time posting suggestions because apparently you, by definition, have already tried it.

i tried uninstalling all mods and DLCs

and i dont think i have instaled new drivers or software. where do i do that
