Fix for input lag
My mouse (and keyboard?) lags in the game, about 0,2-0,5 seconds. I have been trying to search for a good fix but have not found any that really solved the problem. Is there any good solution for this out there?

In SkyrimPrefs.ini change bMouseAcceleration=1 to 0. Then in Skyrim.ini change iPresentInterval=1 to 0 to disable V-sync. If one or both options are not present, then add them (former under [Controls] and latter under [Display]).

And at this point it's useful to force a limit on your FPS in some way, because the game engine was specifically designed to never have V-sync turned off. Physics can get wonky (books exploding off of shelves for no reason is one example) and graphical/sound glitches can happen, especially in interior areas where your framerate would otherwise be peaking very high. I use nVidia Inspector to tweak the Skyrim profile to do this; I wish they would have so many options in the standard control panel.

Edit: added more detail.

I have latly read on many many places that changing iPresentInterval to 0 couse so much problems that its not worth using. The bMouseAcceleration ahve been 0 for a long time but still have big problems.

iPresetInterval is basically VSync. If you get more than 60 FPS (say with a decent GPU) then you'll have physics problems. Even with it on you can go over 60 FPS if your monitor is set at a higher frequency (say 120 or 144 hz).

You can turn off VSync, and then add in a FPS limiter. Which you may need to do anyway - My monitor is set for 120hz and there's large portions of the game that I get more than 60 FPS with so stuff falls through tables and carts, goes flying across the room when I enter, etc.

Might be a good way to max Restoration as some of the projectiles will do damage, if only slightly but you could have dual-casting restore spells ready.

Also, OP, are you running any kb/m s/w like SetPoint. If so, I'd review the configuration then disable it in Start Up.
