Anyone else hear water splash when you look up and down?
plus, items fly around the room when i open specific doors...

You're getting too high of frames per second. The game ties its physics engine to the framerate and is expecting a smooth 60FPS. If you have a monitor that will display above that (and a GPU that can render above that) you will get all sorts of physics glitches.

Get a FPS limiter from the Nexus and set it for 60 FPS.

i don't use Nexus, too big of risk for viruses

Seriously? You're more likely to get a virus at or Facebook than from Nexus.

Do you have an anti-virus program installed to scan downloaded files?

i do. which framereate editor would u prefer? i see only 2
Just go into your GPU control panel [nvidia or AMD] and enable VSYNC

Generally I find you either use NEXUS UI's and Mods or you Don't. Mixing them with Vanilla Mods is useually a recipe for disaster.
