I need a little more asstistance.
So, this is new. I went to my home the other day only to be attacked by my own guards (from Ft. Heljarchen). I ran and thought it was the mod, but then I noticed that every time I enter an area with Guards - including Imperials despite the fact that I am an Imperial Soldier - I randomly acquire a 40 gold bounty and am subsequently attacked by all of the. They will also not accept my surrender; that is to say, when I sheathe my weapon they do not stop attacking me. I tried using "paycrimegold." It only works for the essential NPCs ie. Legate Rikka. The others will stand for a while and then begin attacking me again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any of it stolen?

No. I crafted all of it.

Imperials and their utter stupidity >_> jk you look for the IDs marked for hold(s) like on the console commands if your wanted from the officiers- unabled to sheath your weapon. The skyrim.wiki or uesp has the codes for the holds.

Which mods are you running and which mod did you think was causing the issue?
egwhitt Jan 29 @ 1:36pm
I did that. You actually only need to click them to get the codes, but it doesn't help. As I said, I automatically get a 40 gold bounty.

I cannot name all fo the mods. I have 145. I thought the "Fort [Breezehome house name] mods were causing it.

Are you running with the Unoffical Patchs, if yes are they in the right load order

A lot of mods can make your gameplay messy. I had the same problem but paycrimegold should land you outside the prison and clear all bounty. If not, wait for a few in game days. Fixed it for me :-)

I have tied paycrimegold. It doesn't work No, I am not running the patches, but I am using BOSS to get the correct load order.

I just had a similar problem in Riften, it seems to be okay if I wait a few days in-game and then offer to pay off my bounty. Now I just need to figure out why the bandits I just killed vanished before I could loot them all...

Apparently the 40 Septims bounty is the cost for assaulting someone so leaving the area and doing some exploring for a few days will calm the situation and when you return you should be able to surrender.

waiting is the only thing I guess :-( they should calm after a few days.
you could always go back to an old savegame without the angered people !

I tried that last one. It was odd. I walked into Mistveil Keep and was fine, then they started attacking. I then loaded the savegame only to be immediately attacked that time. I'll try to just wait it out.
