a nice thing would have the entire perk tree explained and with your thoughts about its usefulness.
I am definetly not trying to put down Dragonsnatcher's idea and entusiasm, but perks are also opened in UESPWiki and their usefulness depends 100 % of the character build.
There are a lot of characer build tutorials as well. However, more is always welcomed - and perk discussion as well -, because peoples tend to look these things from different angles. :)
