Upgrading to Legendary Issues

Okay, so I already have owned Skyrim (non-Legendary edition) for awhile (retail DVD version) and the other day I bought the Anthology (as it costed less than purchasing every individual one, and has all 5 games) and when I put in my Legendary DVD and clicking on Install, it installs normal Skyrim, without the DLCs.
Can I get some help, here? I've already looked up the issue and gotten nothing, verified game cache, everything.

So, i guess the DVD installs skyrim, but connects if to steam. Otherwise you wouldnt ask here. When you rightclick on the game in your steam libary you can view the downloadable content. Check, if you marked everything to download. In the Steam libary every content of the game will just named as "The Elder Scrolls - Skyrim" , doesnt matter if you have the DLCs or not for the name.
I hope my English is good enought, to tell you what i mean.

I've already looked at the DLCs my account owns. Only Dawngaurd, which I'd already owned prior to buying the Anthology.

How do you regocniced that you didnt install the DLC?

I right-clicked on Skyrim, and clicked "View Downloadable Content." Neither Dragonborn or Hearthfire were on the list. And when I started up Skyrim, I still only had Dawnguard.

if it was a dvd it shouldnt be on steam?

Ah okay, i thought u really just owned Dawnguard and it is marked but not in the game. Cant you just leftklick on the other DLCs and mark them for the download? In the bottom of the comment theres a screenshot of my view of the downloadable content. simply click on that button under "installiert"

@vrysrs: Skyrim discs still use Steam once you install them.

@P3N15: No, Dragonborn and Hearthfire aren't on the list at all. I can't check them.

Honestly, putting in the Legendary disc should have an "Upgrade this account to Legendary" setting, or something along those lines. That way this doesn't happen to people who bought original Skyrim first.

Do a regular start of Skyrim, but before doing anything else, click Data files. What shows up, just Skyrim + any mods, or does Dawnguard, Hearthfire, and Dragonborn show up? Legendary Edition shows up as only Skyrim. Steam folds the DLC into one, fools everyone. Btw, the DLC doesn't become active until level 10, because the Vampire attacks would be too powerful for a lesser level player, Dragonborn doesn't become active till after the visits to the Greybeards.

Search for some Codes on the DvD or the Box and type them in steam at "games --> actiavate produkt" (or however it is there in englihs)

@wowszer I have already explained this, in Data Files, only Skyrim, my mods, and the one DLC I had before I got the Legendary version show up. Dragonborn and Hearthfire are nowhere to be found.

English: I've searched the entire box, and can't find any codes. When I opened the box at first, a paper fell out, and I think it might have had the codes on there, but I just saw that the front of it was an ESO ad, so I just chucked it. I might be able to find it, but if I can't, and can't access the DLCs to it, I'm not going to be happy.

Did you remember to put in your NEW STEAM CODE; which came with the DVD?
