Well, Don't get Real Vision if you want 30+. You may get lag for most good ENB's

I don't know, Play around. I have the a GTX 650 as well but mine is a GTX 650 TI OC.
I get 6-35 FPS with Real Vision partly on.. I have not really used other ENB's

I use Realvision ENB, though I didn't even install half of the recommended mods in it.

I had like 40FPS in towns usually, but I turned off depth of field (because it made the game really blurry for me) and the FPS jumped A LOT. I also removed ambient occlusion (Visually, it didn't really do anything. Maybe some of my mods don't work properly, making it look like it's "useless") and I got another big FPS boost. Now I have pretty much 60FPS all the time.

Understand this is going to be ahard question for others to answer for you. The exact changes each ENB makes largely come down to a matter of personal preference. Look them over, check out the pcitures, and thn carefully go thru the comments about the ENB to see if players have been having issues with it.

That's going to be the best way to make a decsion you'll be happy with

Hey, I have a gtx 650, with 8GB RAM, but with a i3 core something (I forget, and Im not at my home computer right now), and when I ran a few ENB series, it made the game run slow. Now, if you are able to adjust certain things and remove things that honestly don't have much of an effect like DoF, and SAOO, etc. then maybe it will run better for you. Of course, it might also depend on what mods you have, because if you use a lot of visual mods already, then it could really make things run pretty wonky.

the one I used was this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/23812/?

EDIT: I think ill retry it though, since I didn't update my graphics card the last time I used this. Still, expect a change in fps though. I think I'll remove a few graphic mods, just to allow it to run smoother.
