I think the best way is to try it out...then you will see how your system react...with your installed software and setup...
If it don't work...just uninstal the HD texture....I think those don't oweride the vanilla ones....but if they do..take a backup of your game in case you need to install again...this way you know!

The more you use of your processor capacety....the more "stuttering you might get both from graphic and sound" if you go near the limit, and not all can use the multi core option.

processor isn't really the issue here, its the graphics card and the 2GB vram limit, which isn't a lot.

Try it out as suggested. But don't expect too much. I'll handle it at a decent level, but a high level card it is not.

I have the same type of card.

You can use lite version of 2K HD textures, but I would not recommend doing so. You will get much better atmospheric experience by selecting a proper ENB, sound mods and SMIM.

Peoples place too much weight for HD textures. Those are just eyecandy, but it is the atmosphere that really makes the game.

Depends on what you consider "good fps". Some people stress if their fps drops below 60. It is really the drop-offs that are a concern. If you have a rock steady 32 fps (Star Wars was the first movie shot at 32 fps, before that it was 24 fps) it should be buttery.

Yes you can run it. I have a Intel Pentium G2120 with a GTX 650 and i am using 2k textures and a ENB-Mod at 30 fps.

FPS in movies and games are completely different things. They aren't even remotely comparable.
