NEED HALP. (RESOLVED)
I have a problem. My version of Skyrim is broken. I hit play, It goes throught the whole Bathesda Game Studio animation, I see about half a second of the Imperial seal, and then the game just exits. I don't know whether It is a crash, whether it thinks I've quit, or if it's a virus. I really want the problem fixed, as Skyrim is one of my favorite games. Some useful information may be:
-I got the game as a disk, realized my laptop doesn't have a disk drive, and had to transfer the file onto a flash drive, THEN onto steam.
-I have 138 mods installed
-I have all 3 DLC's and the HD Texture Pack
Help is much appreciated! Thanks!

I'm a virgin to mods, but from what I read, it sounds like you have a very common problem among modders... the CTD. Everyone seems to say that BOSS is the first place to turn to fix your load order (or something like that).

Do at ctd search in the steam luncher and see how others fixed their issues
You should use the program called "LOOT" formally known as BOSS that sorts your mods load order and drastically decreases load order problems. I would recomend picking it up and seeing if that solves the problems. It will also alert you if you have any incompatable mods.

yes

so the load order and mod conflicts need to be addressed use LOOT if you want to or sort them yourself by adding a couple at atime until it stops working then you will have your solution
