Question about spawning weapons with specific stats
Ok, going over the wiki(s), see there's a way to spawn in weapons. This is good. But, there's a few things I don't understand and asking in this;
1. Set the improvement level of a spawned weapon (IE, a Superior Elven Bow)?
2. Enchanting - Set enchantment level of specific enchantment(IE: 8 points of Fire damage)?
3. Modify a weapon to be at a specific base damage (IE, a bow to do 46 base damage)?
4. Cheat enchants to be used in an enchanting table? Read that if you apply an enchant to a weapon, it can't be disenchanted, saying you "already know it".
5. Cheat to name a weapon/armor piece? Or is my only option to "enchant" the weapon to rename?

That is all.

I assume you're talking abut console commands ? My advice: don't.
Console commands are primarily intended to be a debugging tool and should be used as much. Your game can become buggy because of it. If you do want to use console commands, save your game first. Just in case...

Well, I got these things legit, and I want them back without the effort. Soooo.... all I ask is answers to those questions. I'm well aware of the danger. Even made a save before doing so.

I am not entirely sure about all the commands, but there is a complete list on UESPWiki of all commands. I know that at least a few of them refer to the things you want to do. I don't use console commands a lot so I cannot help you any further. Sorry.

Subject to the above warning about the risks of using the console...

1. You can't get improved weapons through the console, this is also why no enemies have ever heard of improving stuff, even when they have a grindstone in their camp.
2. You can't exactly do that, however the name of the weapon (as in, "Elven Sword of Embers/Burning/Scorching/etc") corresponds to a particular level of enchantment, e.g. an X of Embers will do 5 points fire damage, while an X of Burning will do 10.
3. AFAIK you can't do that with the console, but you can with the Creation Kit.
4. Don't think you can, but you can add an item with the enchantment you want and disenchant that.
5. Yeah, only enchanting items will rename them.

Alright. I figured it out. I have to spawn in a named item that already has the enchant to disenchant. Makes sense, and it does work.
So far I got most of my specific-damaged weapons back. A few seem to lower their damage when I try to set the charges to a lower number to match what I write down.
My guess is this is based on your Enchanting skill.
