Strange eye issue?

Fyi I am using Nexus

I've tried multiple tricks:
The cutting aliasing down trick
Downloading patches/Invisibility fixes
Downloading a seperate mod to attempt to go over the already made mistakes
Changing back to vanilla textures

I'm pretty damn sure it was one of these two mods that caused the problem. I have them both disabled and not currently used but I know they overwrote files.
