So. You're NOT an asian chick with big boobs?

You play female characters but don't want any of the down sides? Let me guess, you refuse to roleplay through your character's menstrual cycle, too? Wimp.

Skyrim's government is far too busy legalizing marijuana to worry about your petty same sex marriages.

Wait what? Your post doesn't make any sense. You somehow mistakenly choosed a female character even though you always play as a female character?

Nope I didnt know about marriage in Skyrim until after i made my character

The game doesn't force you to marry anyone at all, unless you do the quest for it. Of course, quests can and may be broken, once started, or even before they are meant to be officially started. So regardless of your character's race/species, gender, or age, marriage is optional. (Unless your gamer goal is to achieve 100%, then it is mandatory.) I recently got the marriage achievement, but my PC female married a female that only a mod allowed to be married at all. Since she lacked the scripts to live the married life, after the wedding, she became glitched. That was two or three new characters ago for me. I'm still pre-Tutorial for now. Sigh. Good luck though with your gaming endeavors! ;-)

Uh, if your Player Character is a female, and you want her to marry a female, yes you can and may marry another female, as long as you do the associated quest. Even with that mod that I used, that quest was required to be done first. So good luck with your marriage quest!

Oh, there is another wedding/marriage quest, but you don't play the groom or bride, though I've yet to encounter it. I think it is a faction related quest. The bride's outfit is in, and can be found in, in a certain wardrobe/chest in "QASmoke", and that's how I learned of that quest existing.

The best beastalty is with werewolves. :P Like those Companions members in Whiterun. For example Aela the Huntress, many people had lesbian marriage with her.

Well, to do it, you need to find the correct deity shrine. Then do a favor quest for one of the priests inside. In concerns spreading flyers to 10 NPCs. Once you've passed out the papers, the priest rewards you with the "Amulet of Mara". Then you can use that amulet, to show the NPCs that you are seeking a spouse. While wearing it, approach someone that all ready likes you well enough, like a Follower should. The marriage proposal dialogue options should show up. If so, proceed with the new quest from there. Mara's shrine or temple is in, Riften, if I recall right.

open the command section, then enter 'sexchange'. No stats lost or anything.
