Long version: Steam recently started using local currencies, and because of that most items need to have their prices set for each localization. Meaning that if you dont live in the US, EU, or somewhere deemed "important" you will need to wait a bit before everyone decides what the prices should be in the local currencies.
It sucks, i know.
