CTD WITHOUT MODS. 100% STABLE SYSTEM!
Hello. I have recently started playing Skyrim again after a 1 years brake or something.
I play without mods. I got the latest version. After 5-15 minutes the game crash. Its random. It never happens on the same spot so i have no idea what might be causing this.
I got a i5 3570k at 4.5 GHZ Nvidia ZOTAC GTX770 2 GB vram. i got 8 Gb of ram at 1600mhz. So there is no way that my computer is causing this problem.
Btw i'am playing the legendary version. wich means i got the dlc's.
I have tried changing from 48000khz to 44xxxx in sound. Played without Antivirus...
ran it as administrator. The one who can fix this will be rewarded huhuhuuh.
Best regards angryguy2014.

Even if you don't play with mods, I'd still at the very least recommend that you get the Unofficial Skyrim Patches or USKP.

Well, a game is not supposed to crash every 5-10 minute.

Get the patches for the DLCs too and make sure they are in the right load order..

Just because it isn't supposed to doesn't mean it won't. Using the unofficial patches will probably sort things out.

BOSS works too! I use BOSS, too lazy to download LOOT. It works fine for me.

LOOT is the more recent and superior version of BOSS, you really should switch

suggesting a load-order sorting program when the user doesn't have mods?

Would be easier to just have the OP check data files that their order is correct.
(That is:
Skyrim.esm
update.esm
dawnguard.esm
hearthfires.esm
dragonborn.esm)

And the official patches probably won't help when the OP is crashing every 10 minutes. A stable, pure vanilla game should crash about once a day or so.

My suggestions would be to do a hard re-install. (Uninstall through steam, delete the Skyrim folder, and reinstall.) It'll take awhile, but it's more or less guaranteed to remove any problems on the level of the game.

If it still crashes too frequently, it's either a driver, OS, or hardware problem.

Well I guess you're right, I'll get around to it eventually...

Skyrim sometimes crashes because of poor memory allocation, try this, its not a mod just a .dll and a text (.ini) file, drop them in your root Skyrim folder i.e. the same one as TESV.exe

Alternately (and a better option) get the newest SKSE.
