Many of my problems came from having too many scripts and my game became bloated. Try cleaning your scripts.
And save cleaners DO NOT FIX SAVES OR ELIMINATE SAVE BLOAT! They are for use only when updating mods!
"Clean save" is for mod updates only. This includes work done with Save Script Cleaner. That tool cleans obsolete entries and orphaned scripts from the game, but script data will remain in the save file, causing Papryus to constantly check it and creating errors.
