Skyrim intro and texture bugs

I purchased Skyrim: Legendary Edition during the summer sale but upon starting the game my horse bugs out and is sent spiraling down the mountain and will spin in an infinite loop, I have already fixed this issue by adding an alternate beginning mod. However the textures in game tend to flicker, especially the water. Upon validating the integrity of the game I recieve a message that says that one file has failed to validate and will be reaquired but it never does. PLEASE HELP!

thats your video settings: that will be ok after launching oyur game for the 1st time

All games "Fail to validate 1 file" after verification. That has nothing to do with your issue. Sounds like v-sync is off. Or, your game is just being a pile of trash like mine -_-
