Long version:
The general rule of mods is that the modders are not allowed to port an item from a copyrigthed source say the Bumper Sword from Fallout New Vegas, despite being another Bethesda game. What they can do however is remake that item from scratch; textures and models. I think someone in the Workshop got in trouble for porting an item or something like that.
