Male walk for females mod?
While i have played both genders i find myself turned off by the ridiculous level of "MANLINESS" the male bodies have in skyrim, no matter how you mod it they end up ripped, shiny, muscular or extremely fat but still muscular and in no way reflect anything normal for anyone but the most physically advanced characters and body types. So after failing to find a better male bodies mod that gave optional more realistic male bodies, i became pretty much stuck playing as solely females who on the other hand are unable to become even the tiniest bit ripped as far as i can see. I can live with not playing as an amazon godess with a 12pack or rippling biceps, but i have real trouble getting past my girly walk which is just so girly, beyond any real life example i have ever seen, dainty i guess is the word. So i was wondering if there was a mod to make me like lydia or the other tough girl npcs with a "male" walk. I have searched for awhile now to no avail and have no idea how that kind of mod would even work, so making it myself is just beyond me, not that i didnt try lol...

Long story short, male walk mod for female player characters is what im after atm. I would be fine with switching the recognition of the gender entirely as it really doesnt matter in skyrim anyway which gender you are. Genderless walk mods or anything to give me a normal kind of movement are also fine, just want my dragonborn to look like an epic hero instead of a "model woman"

PS: skyrim is seriously sexist, not that its the worst example, just that it has a depressing level of gender specific gargabe ingrained into its thought process at creation, and mods have done little to remedy this, most just make it worse XD...

If no such mod exists, this then becomes a plead to any able modder to take it upon themselves to create it.

I would also like to mention that orc females get to have the male walk...obviously because someone thought "orcs are brutish" or something to that respect. Why couldnt they have just let us adjust our gait or choose a movement style when making the character...

I recently got this on pc and I went through all the mods pages. There's lot's of stuff to make female's look better/cuter etc etc, but I can't recall anything that resembled what you're looking for.

I know, thats exactly my problem, i never really had any problem with how the females looked, atleast it was human.

The most normal looking males are the argonians and khajiit..how sad is that!?

Did you look in the Nexus? You can find mostly ANYTHING that you search for out there...

I don't know if there's anything you can do for your PC, but by default certain female NPCs including Lydia, Irileth and Jenassa do have the 'male' walk, I know this because so many people whine about it and there are mods to 'fix' it, even though it is ridiculous for a warrior, particularly a heavily armoured one, to mince around like a supermodel. THAT SAID, given that there are mods which 'fix' this correct thing, presumably there must be some way of making a mod which would give the 'male' animations to a female PC as well.

I understand its possible, in fact as i said, orc female players have the male walk. I just have not the skill to do it myself and cannot find it in existence. The mincing has also made it a huge pain for my breton battlemage type character, as she looks ridiculous at around 7ft and massive armour but still walking like a little girl from some oldschool way of life.

If anyone knows a way to simply transfer a file or something, perhaps they could explain it to me. It should be a really basic mod, again i just have no great skill in this department.

Might be worth posting on the Workshop forum, either in your own thread or in the 'mod ideas from those who can't make 'em' thread? I think the Nexus forums also have a 'mod request' page. As far as I can tell it would be a pretty simple mod to make, for someone with a general grasp of modding.

Guess i have no choice, it just seems like these kinds of mods should have been done by now XD...A million mods to make them more like they are, but not one to make them realistic? nice...

Yeah... Some people can't handle a strong Nord (or Dunmer, or Orcish...) woman, I guess.

the orcs are actually strong in both genders, orc women have male walks afterall. Just like how khajiit men are much softer then other races, due to being kitties with furry bits.

After this i suppose i should get support for the other gender equality mods going, like a mod called mincing men and softer skin or something lol

Plenty of "sexy" mods out there for both genders, but they all focus on revealing stripper gear and alike, not my kind of sexy to be sure. But to each their own.

Haha, well, not mine either (I think one of the sexiest outfits for a female character is the red Vampire Armor, BUT modded to be the same as the male one (i.e. none of that ludicrous rack-on-display nonsense, kinda looks like bike leathers.)) It was cool more in a 'ha, that's entertaining' sort of way.

I prefer the feel of the total being rather than any form of skin or motion. If someone has an aura of existence, like they are who they are with clothes to express and such rather than simply making sexy happen. Most npcs are much too shallow for that kind of feeling though.
