Enchanting problem

I am orc level 49 and my enchanting skill is level 99. I have craft an ebony armor set and enchanting them. Recently, i had crafted a dragon armor set and when i begin to enchant them, every effects were lower than the ones on my ebony set. I don't know if it is a bug or if i do something wrong, but i find it is weird that my enchanting get worst when i up this competence. I need some help :(

And there is also the problem that when i begin a new game, the bogies always turn and go in the mountains. It seems my game has big problems.

If you are already at level 49, then maybe I should not ask this, but...

Are you sure that you used the equivalent souls with previous armor? You might have used Grand souls with previosu set and only Greater with your current set, or accidentially stored lesser than grand souls to grand soulgems.

no it is not that problem. I see that my enchanting will be worst before i choose the gem. For example, i put an archery enchanting on my ebony helmet (24%). When I came to put the same enchanting on my dragon helmet, the enchanting was far worst (8%). I didn't even choose my gem that I knew my enchanting was getting worst.

That sounds like you did not have the correct size soul gem in your inventory..

Values in enchanting table do not present enchanting values, before you have selected the gem. They mean absolutely nothing before that.

Seeing them to change or degrade is not a proof your Enchanting skill getting poorer. :)

I like i said, I know my enchanting will get worst before I choose the gem to enchant it. I know it is worst when I choose the enchanting I want to put on my armor.

Had you taken any potions that enhance enchanting before you enchanted the last piece of gear? Otherwise, do/did you hve any mods that could concievably affect enchanting/skills/perk trees/anything remotely relating to this?

As I said, the first phrase just isn't true.

Values prior of selecting the soulgem has absolutely 0 meaning. They do not represent your Enchanting skill in any way. The proper numbers are visible only after you have selected the soulgem and magnitude.

The latter phrase might be true - I have no reason to doubt it. Are you certain that you did not use any enchantments or potions related to the skill?

I don't remember when I enchanted my ebony set armor if i used an enchanting potion, but i don't think there is any potion who will raise 8% in archery to 24%. I up 100 in enchanting, and i saw that all my enchanting was worst. (Lucky I did a close save before to enchant my dragon set) I maybe forget to tell that I watched the effect of the enchanting on my helmet (12% in archery) I didn't enchanted it immediatly. I enchanted some other armors to up 100. When I come to enchant this helmet, the enchanting was lower that when i was 99. (I used no potion, armor that raise enchanting or other things like that) It is why I think it is weird to see my enchanting skill get worst when I up it 100.

Was it 8% with a gem containing a Grand Soul, though? What was the level when you selected a gem containing a Grand Soul? The 8% you mentioned was before selecting a gem, right? So what was it when you selected a gem containing a Grand Soul?

I choose the armor I want to enchant, I choose the enchanting and i can see the maximun this maximun can be. After i choose the gem to use to enchant it (And i have many sublime souls) The problem is that my enchanting get worst when i up 100 and it even if i use the best soul to enchant my items. So no it isn't because of my gem if my enchanting are worst. All i know is except for my dragon weapons, when I up 100 in enchanting, all my enchantings on my dragons armors get lower that the ones on my ebony armors.
