The only cap is maxing your skills. After that you simply lack any way of increasing your levels because you won't be getting XP.

Since you are able to """""sell"""" your 100 level skill by reducing them to start level, and by that increase your leveling and difficulty...I will say your stamnia (playing the game)is what put an end to your level :)

Read about Legandary by putting "Legandary skill, Skyrim" into google.

Ah, I read the wiki article, but still a little fuzzy. When you make one legendary it resets the skill to 15 (and refunds your perks related to that skill right?), meaning that you can spend those perks else where or wait till you raise the related skill enough to respend them in the same tree where you ran out of perks, right?

There is no level cap since the legendary update, it is supposed to be common knowledge.

and even if it was supposed to be common knowledge...there is always new people who has to learn it...that is why we answer it.

I only said the common knowlegde stuff, for the ones who gave a bad answer, saying there's a cap.
