Yes, you can there are a few youtube vids that have people showing that you can run skyrim on low with that graphics card. So if you dont mind your graphics on low you can run the game.

ok thank you would it affect me being able to use the steam workshop mods and also so should i not listen to what that can you run it program says because it says i couldent but then again it said i couldnt run oblivion but i can

I wouldnt mod to be honest you could maybe get away with 1 or 2 mods, but You can always try and see.

no i didnt do many on oblivion i would just get some weapon packs and what not

well it depends what mods however seen the specs of OP almost every mod could be a potential performance loss indeed weapons mods should not be taxing.

I dont think you are going to enjoy the game running on that card and I would highly suggest staying away from mods if you do.

ok will take it into account just as long as i know vanilla skyrim will work before i buy the game and waste my money

You can prolly use lots of mods. U just need to be selective. Look closely at the file size of each mod and what kinds of things they affect.
