Uninstall all the mods and go one by one check ing to see if it will load if it still wont load with all the mods delete them all and reinstall the game. This might sound like alot but at least you will be able to play the game you payed for.

Use something like Wyre Bash or Tes5 edit the next time you get ctds on start up. It will tell you what is causing it right away.

I might acctually use that

get mod organizer if you don't have it. it is so amazing. it doesn't mess with skyrim's core files. instead, MO uses it's own mod folder.

Is there a program that fixes the load order of mods

Get "Loot" at: http://loot.github.io/

And NMO is another great tool.

the mod was 'one with nature - dg+db'
tbh i dont even remember downloading that one lol
i use the default one as i can tick them on/off and/or change there loading order, will keep with that for now as its working, but if i have any more trouble i will try them organizers

Both work together, MO and LOOT
Means that mod needs both DLCs

With 100 mods you will need Loot and MO or you will be back.
