When you created a homegroup, did you actually create one or did you join an existing one? Which folders did you check permissions on? Have you tried running launcher and tesv as admin?
I created a homegroup and made every permission to shared only. I shared the folder where my Skyrim saves are to every user.
Yes, I've tried running both of them as admin and it still didn't work for me.
Steam and steamapps are located in D disk, while the saved games and its folder are located in C disk in Windows.old folder
Alright, I tried copy and pasting Windows.old from C disk and D disk and when I opened Skyrim, it didn't do anything. I really don't know what is causing the saves to not work.
I even tried putting the folder where the saves are to the Documents, because in Win 7, they were in the Documents folder, but it still didn't do a damn thing.
What ess files? Do you mean the ones in Steamapps/Common/Skyrim?
Well, the My Games, where the saves are, was copy pasted from the Windows.old folder to Win 10 Documents. It still didn't do a thing for me.
I do have some mod installed from the Workshop. I also have SKSE.
The one that I've had from Win 7 is the same as in Win 10. It's a workshop mod.
