Will skse_loader.exe support Steam Workshop as well?
So I downloaded both mods from Nexus and Steam Workshop, however I wanted confirmation if I'll get all of the mods functioning. I think they are working since I spotted one working but I dunno about the rest. Perhaps it's mixed.

No, I'm using Nexus Mod Manager, does that help?

you should use loot/boss as well to organise them as it it will give a better understanding of what is working. watch some vids to get a better description

skse is a addon that hooks into the game and allows more scripts to be added to the game , the workshop is a repository of mods you can add via steam ,some of those workshop mods need skse to work , loot/boss is a tool to help you set your load order
it really doesnt matter where you get the mods from as long as you install them correctly , put them in the correct load order , meet the prerequisites for the mod ,and arent installing a mod that conflicts with one you are already are using

Basically, yes. skse_loader still opens up Skyrim, which looks at the Data folder, sees the mods, and loads them.

be smart , only add one mod at a time . add it activate run the game for a bit make sure it works as its supposed too , the add another , doing it this way will save you a tonne of headaches down the road

Well I might've screwed myself since the game is crashing like hotcakes. Perhaps its the inconsequential NPCs mods.

Have you installed the unofficial patches? They're pretty much necessary. And you can't get 'em off the Workshop because they're too large for Steam's liking...

I'd suggest getting 'em from the Nexus.

Yes got them, the crashes seem to have calmed down. Let's hope for the best...
