Loot Installed, Used SKSE, Verified game files, still crashings

I am becoming extremely frustrated, i have done everything and yet it continues to not work. The game lets me past the starting menu to the game itself, but the second i use wait, enter a building, interact with anything it will crash. I could really use some help

I like the effects that Climates of tamriel does, the mod you mentioned? any mod like it that?

i have no idea what im doing, i got rid of climates of tamriel, installed the skyrim patch, and now it closes at the start.

i reinstalled the climates to see what will happen

Ok so i reinstalled it and it got me back to where i was from the start, at least with the climates mod it allowed me to go past the start symbol.

the same thing happened to me before. Have you cleaned your update heathfire dawngaurd and dragonborn files with TESV edit? That worked for me.
