Skyrim now loads......forever

when i start up the game my skyrim never loads up always stuck on a loading screen.............this happened after i changed some settings in the ini file if that helps...plz fix!

Delete the ini then verify the game's cache.

how long have you played on the save file if you have one?

becua of alll the quest mods and other stuff i havent finished

i have 6 different saves of the same game..........

You're using mods as well? You didn't state that initially.

my game just wont load ♥♥♥♥ no more after i lowered the values of some things in ini file

All of my games are having this issue, what's going on steam, can anyone verify what's the problem? It occured today, had no problem before.
