My nexus mod manager won't load my addons, help please

I have used addons in the past for this game but it's been a while, decide to do another playthrough, but for some reason none of my addon's will load bc skyrim.esm keeps getting unchecked during launch of game hence none of the addons load and they turn yellow in nexus mod manager, i linked 2 pictures of my load orders, if anyone could help me would be much appreciated.
