Well, I know Bosmer Armor Pack adds bows and Bosmer themed weapons both

Look up Unique bows on the Nexus. And Insanity, a somewhat well known weapon modder, just released a pretty sweet bow called the Huntsman. On the Nexus too.

Scoped bows is really cool, but for some reason the author put a really foggy glass on the sight that makes it hard to see. And he screwed up the balance. I suggest getting the scoped bow replacer to maintain balance.

Insanity's Glass Bow. It's a non-replacer glass-tier bow that looks awesome. Integrates seamlessly into the game through vendors, levelled loot, NPC equipment, etc.
