NPC's bodies and faces look all blocky, need a mod to improve it

You can try this for faces. Bodies are handled with those body mods (and clothing adjusted for them) that you seem to hate.

Use UNP basic. The body is very similar to vanilla with no planetary bust or huge curvy hips. You can even have the ladies keep their undergarments (no nudity) if you chose the underwear version.

You could always use CBBE. It just cleans up the skin, smoothes some of the textures, and stuff.
